Hello I'm just now ready to purchase my leed screws and I ran up on this site http://www.roton.com/Mating_Componen...mber=19193&#PN and was wondering if any of you have bought from them before, for $275.00 I can get all the screws and ball nuts for a 4ft x 4ft cnc and that includes shipping, sounds to good to be true, thats for 14ft if leed screw 5/8 5 tpi and four ball nuts. Thanks  |

| way back in 2002 or 03, I bought the screws for my mill conversion and I can say that I have NOT been dissatisfied. Mine was for and RF31 with homemade double nuts for zero backlash.

| I'm concerned about the backlash myself, thy don't really say how much backlash thy have, how did you make your backlash nuts? |

| going strictly on memory, I think it was +/- .006/ft. Then I took the second nut and spring loaded it to I think about 75# pre-load. You can see how I did it on my web site: http://bellsouthpwp.net/A/r/Arts_home_page/cnc/
