I thought you guys would like this one. I had to prove to a customer that the moves were doable.

mike what is the benefit of "kaos" over a normal xy table?

Very low moving mass compared to one axis stacked on another, so less vibration imparted to a machine frame, and more aggressive moves can be made.

Also, both motor coils work together for the long axis, and in the short axis you have roughly the power of one coil.
