help for mount bearing ballscrew

sorry for that question kind of idiot question
i have ball screw 16mm i want to make the end support bearing something like that how can i do that

i got bearing 16mm and machined the ball screw about the 15.95mm and make aluminum block and machined to fit the bearing on it ????
i make this on both side of the ball screw or what ????

and other question about the pinion and coupling
what is the best to use pinion or coupling to the shaft of the motor i got about 9 KG/CM holding torque bipolar stepper motor
my machine about 70 CM* 50 CM *15 CM it small for pcb milling and drilling
