Small servo or stepper to control butterfly valve

We are looking for a means of very quickly and accurately controling a water flow butterfly valve. The bore would be 1.5-2.0in and about 30-40psi. I have not done the numbers but the valve probably will not require much power to close. Just curious what might be a simple solution for this?

Try worm drive (right angle gearmotor type) like automotive window motor assy. Faster? wiper motor drive... Could replace the motor with a stepper I suppose if need be.
