I've had a couple of problems with the Z axis on my EGX-300. I decided to investigate further and whilst removing the parts, foolishly ran the Z axis off the end of the linear guiderail and some of the ball bearings dropped out the top of the rail. I stripped the parts, degreased the ball bearings and carefully reassembled. Problem is there's now some wobble in the linear guiderail, clearly a problem! I'm after a replacement carriage for the linear guiderail, does anyone know about the specs for these, the part is SKF Model No. L-BEARING RSR12VMUUCSS+80LM GS I've done a search on the net and found THK linear bearings with the model number RSR12 but I'm not clear about what the other specs are. Shipping from Roland is 6-8 weeks.    |
