Dutcher Saw V wheels

Hi, I'm in the proccess to make my home CNC router table and I want to use V bearings for the sliders, I found this article in ebay:

This kind of V wheels are used in butcher saw machines, but they are real steel ball bearings and price is low.

What do you think about it?, Could I use this bearings in my project?

It does not if they are sealed, You can check out the mechmate here they use v groove wheels

I think they are sealed, because they must be designed to work in the wet and dirty enviroment of a butcher shop, anyway, I'll visit the mechmate forum to ask for opinions about this bearing.

I have some that look identical to those. They have a great deal of play and only have a single row of bearings. I wouldn't waste my time using those.

I can now vouch for these sucking. They are awful, don't waste your time or money on them. I ordered 12, 3 are hopelessly locked-up, and the other 9 barely freewheel plus have a ton of wobble in them. Very rough rolling. I learned me a lesson, yuppers.

. . . Sorry you wasted your money on those. Maybe your local butcher will swap them for some steaks . . .

Now that we have two thumbs down there's no reason for anyone else to get suckered into buying those.

Try the VXB v-bearings bearings listed above. Those ride like butter on top of ordinary steel angle.

I will just say if i was in place of u..i would definetly use these v-bearings.. I did machine few V-rollers i am going to post the pics here soon...
