I purchased a Thomposon Ballscrew End block from McMaster Carr their part number 60755K15. This is for a 1" ballscrew. I am looking for a spec sheet to this end block to give to a machinist who is going to machine the ballscrews to fit this end block. I have not had any luck getting a data sheet from McMaster, and do not have a Thompson part number. Any ideas or suggestions? I do know the inside diameter of the block to be 25/32", is this as simple as having the machinist turn the ball screw for that diameter, put shoulder to match the bearing race and cut threads on the end? Maybe I am over complicatiing this, but it would be great to have a spec sheet on the parts I am using. Thanks in advance for your help. |
