Ok. I am trying to do the X axis on my router. I am planning on doing the cold roll steel UNGROUND with the needle bearing cam followers. I need help on how to install this and how to get it going. Does anybody have any pictures of where I can purchase these products? |

| I've built 3.5 cnc machines and I have no idea what a cam follower is. I have been on the zone awhile. I think I have heard the term, but not sure what it is. I think this may be why you have had little response.

On there they look like they 16 dollars each. Which is around 260 dollars. I need 4 on each surface. I need 16 each.. This is just for the X axis.. Then I need to figure out a system for the Y axis.. |

| 1. This is the large wheel with the 6202 pressed in. There are 2 of these on the x truck. The bolt beside the limit sw. holds the stub for a second 6202. You can also see the ecentric cam follower at the bottom left. 2. Here is the 6202 on the stub. There is one of these on each side of the truck. 3. This pic shows the ecentric follower on the side opposite of the 2 6202's. This pulls the 2 6202's into the rail and keeps everything tight. 4,5,6,7. These show my y axis truck. 6,and 7 are old pics and the basic design is the same, but I made the 1x2 stock longer and put more skate bearings on (as seen from the bottom of the truck in pic 5). At first I used flanged bearings, but they proved not to have enough strength on the flange, so I switched to plain brearings, and put one extra bearing at each corner to keep everything straight. 6,7. Keep in mind this was the prototype with the flanged bearings. 6. This is the top of the y truck. The bottom was slotted to get a good fit to the rail. Once installed to the rail I used c clamps to snug every thing up, and screwed it down. The bolts in the center pull the truck down on the crs. 7. Here is the bottom of the y truck. In the center you can see the slider that holds the truck down. If you look at pic 5 again, on the right side you can see the bolts that hold the slide snug. I know the x axis is on some different rails, but I got them for free There is no reason why it wouldn't work with some .75-1" crs stood on it's side. The y axis works well with .5x 4" crs layed flat. Hope this helps.
