im having trouble visualising how you connect the servo to the drive screws and have a bearing in an "endplate" to keep it all stable, if possible could you post some pictures of this, i have searched but have found nothng to hep my design many thanks |

| most servoos run quite fast and unless your ballscrews are very low pitc you might want to consider gearing them down. A toothbelt might also solve your difficulties aligning. if not look for shaftcouplers.These are quite straightup when installing. good luck.

| Yes, both ends are normally support with a bearing housing, one end usually houses a thrust bearing, for coupling it should be zero backlash type, do not use bellows type for ballscrew, especially aluminum. Al.
