I think I read on dumpstercnc.com that some leadscrews can use some prepping to knock down the burrs before use with a delrin nut. Is this true for any leadscrew? If so, could anyone recommend a technique? I just ordered some precision rolled, 2 start, ACME screws from Mc Master Carr. I'm also curious if there is a de-facto lubricant that everyone uses on these things. Thanks Doug |

| The screws you ordered should be pretty smooth and clean and not need anything done to them.
