I've converted an old optical measurement machine to a CNC router. It is a great machine, however, the z axis has a bit of chatter when cutting in hard material like oak or purple heart. I think that it needs another slide to firm things up. The number on the slides are THK SR15T and there are no markings on the rail. I have done some research but cannot find the exact part! Please help me locate the part I am looking for. I have a picture of the part here: http://www.glenspeymillworks.com/CNC/CNC.html Thanks! |

| See www.technico.com. The rail is an SR15 rail. (NOT an HSR15) They show up on eBay. An SSR15 rail would be the same, the blocks just have spacers between the balls. |
