I was thinking of doing a 4x8 linear rail & rp, how hard would it be to sync 2 servo's on dual r&p ? or would steppers be a better choice? belt linking the dual r&p won't be an option... would 495oz steppers be ok if not servo's? Thanks |

| To do it with servo's you would really need to use a closed loop system like Galil or Acroloop, they have specialized instructions for slaving one servo off another, MG Systems & Koike-Aaronson used Acroloop using this method for their large industrial Plasma gantry's at one time. Al.
