I was wondering if anyone could tell me why ballscrew flanges are so freaking expensive. They are more than the ballscrew nut which I would have never imagined. Does anyone know a cheap source of the flanges or anyone made them self? http://www.roton.com/Mating_Componen...mber=59321&#PN Also, I bought some drill rod to use as slides on my router. For my X axis I would like to support the bottoms of the rod in several spots. Does anyone have a good source for these mounts where I could buy by the foot and chop up? I though about just buying 1/2" ballnose endmill and making some. Thanks  |
