I've bought a couple of 80 inch x 1.5 inch rolled ball screws from ebay. I've just finish sanding all the surface rust off of it. Although the screws are new, they've been in storage for a long time. There is some sag in the middle, probably around .25 inch. Is there an easy way to straighten this out? |

| it is slightly difficult but can be experimented. please make two V blocks from wood & keep the screw on these blocks. Push manually on the bended portion so that it may slightly straighten. you also can straighten the same on press on which spindles are straightend |
