I'm in the planning stage for my cnc router/plasma. The table size will be around 4ft by 4ft (plus or minus). I was thinking on using the 80/20 1530 extruded profile. I having a tuff time deciding on which rail to use for the table movement. Which one would be better to use of the two-round shaft with the linear bearings or the versa mount guide and block and rail? Most likly will use the round rail and linear bearing for the Y and Z axis. Planning on using the compleate system from Candcnc Plazpak-1. Any ideas or sugguestion? Great web site by the way, I learned a lot so far..... Dave |
