Hi, I notice that most of the r45 or IH bench mill conversions use 3/4 in .200 lead ballscrews, but wondered if .250 lead can be used ok? I am researching parts for my 7045 conversion and sometimes run across larger dia ballscrews that might be good for the z axis but have .250 lead and didnt know if the slightly faster pitch is ok or terrible and not usable. Thanks for info and opinions. Dave |
