hello i have a nice servos in hand 400watts 3000rpm i need to reduce the speed i found this gearhead http://catalog.orientalmotor.com/ite...prod&filter=0# can i connect these to the motors ? i dont mean a physical connection possibility ,but the mechanical and performance , backlash and so on i can go planetary is it cost me more than the motors itself. thanks |

| There doesn't appear to be any specs listed for it? These typically are not low backlash type. Al.

| It can be compensated in software, but it is always best to aim for the best before resorting to this. Low backlash gearboxes are typically less than 8 arc minutes. See if you can get the specs on these. Al.
