i have a water jet cutting machine for marbel cutting . a problem happened where cutting a circule is not uniform. there is a notche in the circule and it looks like two halves shifted about 0.25 mm at an angle 135 degree. i need help to finde the cause of this problem.  |

| Sounds like backlash to me. Whenever the axis changes direction you will get an offset like you have seen. Maybe you can tighten up the drive components? Good Luck Matt |
