I found the above link on the www.hsi-inc.com site. The site was listed in the latest Motion System Design Magazine and I thought this pdf has good pictoral drawings and explanations along with graphs and charts. Something for everyone I imagine but for newbies it would be a great page to copy down.
Hope someone finds it helpful to them. I have no idea of the pricing for their products btw I just thought the pdf was informative.
