McMaster Carr offers an affordable predrilled and couterbored R&P segments. these holes are applied to one side of the side R&P segment. does anybody make a pre-tapped R&P segment that is blind tapped through the back face of the segment? the opposite side as the teeth?

I had a quote from a local machine shop to drill and tap them, but it was cost prohibitive to say the least!
