Any Cheap and reliable design for a CNC machine!!!!!!

    Hi everybody,
FIRST METHOD: I have made a cnc machine using MDF and the aluminum rail ball bearing linear system. It is very hard to put together a machine using this method.
SECOUND METHOD: the linear rail system which very expensive
THIRD METHOD: linear rail system with aluminum rods and Pillow Bearing also expensive

Q- DO you have any other thoughts perhaps link of other linear systems for cnc?

    Have a wonderful day

You do realize that cheap and reliable are polar opposites?

V rails like the ones used on the Mechmate.
EzRouter uses the v rail method too.
If I make a large anything its going to be with v rails
