EDIT2: It's been sold for $64 to a guy in Kansas. Shipping it is my next problem ![]() EDIT: I now posted this on ebay, I'd probably wont be able to get what I hoped for it, but this is my Plan B ![]() I'm looking to buy a step motors like this and I need extra cash. If any1 is interested (preferably in Canada or US for shippig cost) I'll accept a trade for a couple of step motors with same(or almost same) specs from the link. or name your price (Note that I want to buy 2 motors, I actually need 3, but I just thought my screw is worth 2) Ballscrew Approximate specs. (Using tape measure and cheap digital caliper) Length: 44" Travel: 40-41" Diameter .5" No. of Starts 8 Turns per inch 1.25" Pitch .1" I'm not exactly sure but the ballscrew could be metric. The nut turns smoothly if I stand the BScrew and let go of the nut. The nut has a stamp on it that says NSK 1632 A2. BScrew has a bit of rust on one end(the end farther from the nut in the pict) I just sprayed it with WD40 and the nut could pass that part like the rest of the screw. I'll include the rails and bearings. rails are 20mm Diameter same Length as screw. there are 4 bearings it was inside the alu block shown in the pic with a spacer? I used the bearings without the block that's why it's disassembled. let me know what you guys think. thanks. P.S. I "could" also throw in a couple of 1" SSU16OPN thomson bearing.

| Hi. I took a peek at the link-the motors shown were $39. What your offering is worth more than that in my opinion. Check eBay for similar items and get a feeling for the going rate (make sure your comparing apples to apples). Plus as soon as get rid of it you find a use for it (happens every time). Just my opinion, but it seems you could sell just the screw for enough to cover all three motors. Evodyne |

| Where were you when I needed you ![]() It's already posted on ebay and I'm not sure if I could cancel it. I don't want to pay for shipping this things, one shaft is 5 times heavier than the ballscrew, that's why I offer it like I mention above, so buyer wouldn't mind paying for shipping it. and in return I get 2 motors.( I'd have pay shipping for the motors tho). I have already collected other stuff for my future CNC machine hopefully it'd materialize. That ballscrew is too long fit in an apartment. ![]() thanks for the interest tho.

| Hopefully you will do better than you expect. I've bid on several ballscrews. Typically you'll get some low dollar bids, then nothing. Just before the auction ends activity will pick up as the serious bidders try to make a kill. The screws are sought after, so you'll most likely do O.K. And, as the seller, don't ever pay for the shipping: if someone wants it bad enough they will pay for that too. Just remember to package it very well-you don't want it to get damaged due to crappy packaging and then have the buyer want his or her money back. Good luck! Evo |
