    what motor type?

    Hi to all

I want control a table that move in Z axis with four screw.
The screw have 1.5 mm pitch.
I connect these four screw with a chain.
I need control this table with accuracy +- 0.1 MM .
The load wight on table is between up to 100 KG.
The speed of table movement is up to 200 MM/min
I can only use one phase (220 Volt) motor.

    what motor do you suggest?
I think i need a gearbox for reduce speed of motor.
What gear ratio do you suggest?
Does i need an inverter for control the speed of table?

I am wait for your reply.

    Thank you

Well, it isn't easy to say at this point.

I'm assuming your screws are single start which then moves the table 1.5mm per revolution. Your maximum screw RPM is therefore 133.33.
RPM reduction can be done by a gearbox or belt (chain) drive system.

What will you use to know whether you have moved the table x-mm?
What are you using to controll the motor speed? Or is it manual control?

A number of variables to be worked out yet.
