Put a thin piece of stainless steel angle on it (say 18 gage) and pair it with some v-bearings. I wanted to post here for opinions and feedback...maybe someone has tried something similar before? I also thought about a custom extrusion if there was some interest from a few members... There was a guy who got a few people together and ran a "makerbot" extrusion that used small delrin v wheels, and I thought that was a great DIY success.
So, let's hear it (I have never posted a jpeg on cnczone...I hope you guys can see it).
