Anyone use DryLin R Linear Bearings

I found these DryLin R Linear Bearings on a web site. I believe they are also from www.igus.com that jdbaker mentioned in another thread on here.

They say they are great in areas where there is dirt, etc. I was just wondering how well that slide on a linear shaft? I was thinking of using these on a linear shaft that is supported. They have these linear bearings open ended with a pillowblock.

I can't use closed bearings because I want to go up to 4 feet atleast on the X axis and the linear shaft needs to be supported or it will flex. This was strongly suggested by most people here on the board - Thanks also for saving time, money and grief!

They have an office near me and I am going to put in acall to see if they would be suitable for this application. They are less than $10 a piece depending on what ones you want. My only concern is how to mount them without the use of the pillow block?? I'll let you know what I find
