My ballscrew is screwed.

It's a bit weird one, there's no channel in there in which the balls can circulate, hence I can't refill it, the balls are 1.53 mm which also is an odd size (over here in the Netherlands it is anyway).

Anyway, to cut a long story short, does anyone know these kinds of nuts, and can tell me how to make it properly working again?
