I have just bought some new Gecko G202's that will run a 270oz and 1200oz stepper. I now need to know what size pinion and rack that i need to buy. Like what angle/pitch, how many teeth etc. Also where to buy from, I am in Australia. I do not mind buying from over-seas. Cheers Peter |

| I believe Misumi will ship to Queensland out of Singapore, They have a huge free catalogue full of hardware. Although they do not appear to stock 14.5deg pressure angle rack. But 20deg is fine especially if the load is not really heavy. For a small table you could go with 20 diametral pitch with 12 at the largest. Al.

| This is their worldwide website http://www.misumi.co.jp/world/index.html Here in N.A. Boston Gear is a very cost effective supplier but I suspect they may not be available in Australia. Al.
