    Source for Z-axis complete?

Does anyone know of a source for a complete z-axis? My table is complete except for the z-axis and the x and y work great. I have not been able to make a satisfactory z-axis so here I am. I need about 4 inches of travel and able to lift a 2 horse power router comfortably.

    Thanks in advance.

    Z-axis source

The igus source was very expensive. The cnconabudget source looks like just what I need and its less than 150 dollars. He has a 60 day waiting list which might be my only option. Still looking, so if anyone knows of another source...

    Thanks,

I know Paul has been very, very sick and has been slowly trying to getting back on top of things. I'm sure he'll do what he can, his work is first rate.

    Cheers,
    Alan.

Indeed, I've bought my 3 x 150oz/in steppers off Chan. Order place on the 2nd via the web to Singapore, delivery received on the 7th in Australia. Not bad!

Motors are in good condition including all their manuals and wiring diagrams, and price including the freight was relatively cheap.

I'm probably going to get some ball-screws of him for my next machine.

    Cheers,
    Alan.

    z axis source

Thanks for the sources. The Singapore option looks like a real possibility.

Thanks again for taking the time to respond.
