| Some play that game to avoid the percentage fee, if something is priced exceptionally low and does'nt get bids the shipping is always something to check to see why. Al.

| I was watching that same auction and almost bid. Fedex can be VERY expensive for shipping freight items. Try this place. I shipped my entire cnc router for $250 with them. www.dnafreight.com

| I looked at the original auction and if there is no pits etc, it looks like you got a nice deal. For freight I would guess UPS ground would not be that high. Al.

| I hate that shipping set up at ebay. Sometimes if theres time I'll try to nail down the sellar that I'll choose the shipping method, or that they will ship UPS Ground. They're the best for price and service I've found. I wont bid on an item that's going to ship from the US Postal Service, they just cant seem to handle packages, they take weeks for a large item, they cost more, lose stuff, and offer no recourse whatsoever if something gets lost or stolen, unless you pay extra for insurance. Good luck and let us know how you fare. Maybe you could offer him a 10.00 handling fee if you have to, just to keep the thing from going south.
