    It's a ground screw.
I don't know the brand but it looks expensive

I would agree, it appears to be ground, rolled has a ridge in the high point of the Thread.
Looks fairly high lead like 3t/inch?
The only other thing to be concerned about is backlash, what method of preloading.

    Pitch is 12mm

    Here is sellers description:
    good used Ballscrew , 105" long overall , 83" of thread , 2 ¼" diameter , 7 ½" long nut , 5 ½" diameter nut flange , threaded on each end . The pitch seems to be 12mm .

Do you think its worth $690 ?

    That's a big ball screw!
For that price I would prefer to examine it in person, but if it is actually still in like-new condition, it is about the top price for used.

Yes, this one is big. I was inspired by madvac CNC project (MadVac CNC - home made 4'x8' cnc precision gantry router) and will try to build similar machine. This is my first cnc project and this is the first part for my future CNC

Good note, but unfortunately examine is not possible, because I am from Lithuania, and item located in Dayton, OH, United States.

And again, you were right about the price.
By it now price is $690
    Starting bid $590
I have contacted seller and after some trade, the final price $400 + shipment. I am quite happy

    I really appreciate you help!

    Thank you

P.S. sorry for my poor english
