Yeah....1mm th cutting disc in an angle grinder....then dress smooth with a flap disc works for me.
I have several sets of sr25 rails that I want to cut to length. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I concur with Kipper, use a thin cutoff wheel with a grinder or use an abrasive chop-saw. My only caveat would be to make sure that your cutting and clean up grind are done well away from your bearing truck. It may be best to do any of the cutting outdoors. I would also recommend cleaning the rail by wiping it off with an oil less solvent such as alcohol, lacquer thinner or the like. Additionally, blow the bolt holes out and clean again. You really can’t be too careful when it comes to cleanliness. I usually keep the trucks in a bag, until I’m ready to use them. Do be careful with the trucks, some of them can fall apart with little or no impact, when separated from the rail. It is for this reason that most new trucks come attached to a plastic rail segment. I never throw these away, I either keep them or ship them with the finished machine. They are handy if you have to take the system apart in the future.
Or cut on somebodies wire EDM.

Thanks for the great advice. Getting an angle grinder today at HD.
No, just one where you can elevate the rails and dam the "juice" around the cut area.
