anti backlash nut

hi,

Anyone can tell me a show me with drwg or pics how to make a simple anti backlash nut?

right now I am ony using a threaded plate as nut for the motion...but it is not perfect....

The ones I made can be seen in my project log here Started building at last! in message #3. They work fine on 1/4-20 'all thread'.

The material is nylon bar stock that I had given to me and the springs came from the local hardware store and I used a short piece of 'all thread' as the tap.
