Bosch/Star/Rexroth Linear Rail Clamp

I need a couple dozen rial clamps for a 35mm bosch rail. I have looked at the zimmer line of products and would like something a cheaper. Does anybody now whats out there or have a design they would like to share?

I need a clamp the will lock a sliding table inplace but won't move it during locking. I would like a clamp that will sustain > 1,000 lbs of linear forcea and would perfer pnuematic operation.

Check with Nexen. They make spindle brakes also. I'll have to look them up again. They're located in Minnesota, an almost neighbor to me in Wisconsin.

Found'em!! Looks like a great product but I am afraid of the cost. Anything else out there?

Any chance you could use something like a rod lock used on hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders? I realize that would require additional components (like a round rod) but that might work. Just cogitating. LOL
