Default Trying to locate source for v-rail insert

A friend of mine purchased a machine from a company that has since gone out of business. The machine uses the type of v-rail inserts in the attached picture. One of the v-rail inserts has a large dent in it and I am trying to help him resolve this issue. I realize this is not a great rail design. However, right now he just wants to get the machine usable so he can take his time redesigning it. Does anyone recognize this design and know of a vendor for replacement? The extrusion looks like an 80/20 product, I would contact 80/20, they might have been the original supplier to the machine builder.

80-20 might have made the extrusion, but the V-rail is probably from Bishop-Wisecarver. You might send them your picture and ask if they have any of that material: Linear Motion System & Linear Actuators ? Bishop-Wisecarver
