Lazy Cam Fonts

Does anyone know of a single line font in LazyCams font database? I have tried many of the fonts that "look" like they should be single line and havent found one yet?

Or is this a LazyCam setting I am missing?

Don't use LazyCAM, but I believe it uses the standard Windows Truetype fonts. Try installing these and see if they work.

And no, it's not an easy question. It's been asked here hundreds of times, and other then these fonts, there is no easy answer.

Gerry, after seeing the "machine" fonts, I understand why you mention its not an easy question. Thats exactly what I was looking for though, Thank you.

If it is a FONT, it is going to cut an outline of the letters. I found a solution to this problem, by actually creating drawings of different fonts. What I mean, is lines, and arcs drawn in CorelDRAW (a vector-based drawing program), and then grouped together to create each individual letter. I just store the file containing the drawn fonts, and click and drag them into position for any engravings I need lettering for. It's a real tedious way of doing things, and it helps to be a Typographer to get the letter spacing and kerning correct. But the results are beautiful, once they are engraved.

I use the engraving wizard in Mach 3, there are a few single line fonts that work really well. Single line fonts are hard to find unless your willing to pay money for programs like vcarve pro or 2l.
