    Lazycam not loading DXF correctly

I have been loading some DXF files into Lazycam and the majority are perfectly fine, but some of them become distorted.

I loaded a heart DXF into Lazycam and it made it look like a drawing by a child, it was nothing like a heart, but on the DXF file it was the perfect shape.

Am I doing something wrong and is there a way to correct this.

What are you drawing and saving the .dxf with? Try v12 .dxf format.

    Thanks for you reply.

I am using Adobe Illustrator CS2 which does not have the v12 in the export settings, I guess I'll have to get Autocad or Corel.

Try using the A9 Converter to convert the .dxf to a different format. www.a9tech.com

I've seen other posts about Illustrator .dxf's not working well.

Its frustrating, its only really a problem with arc lines, sometimes they work and others they don't.

Thanks for that link, really appreciate it.
