i posted this in the mach thread earlier before i saw the lazy cam forum. i have the older lazy cam, 2 years ago i got from syil. i cant make it drill first and then profile 2nd. any help would be great. thank alex

Why not upgrade to the newer version of Lazy CAM? With it you can easily re-order the sequence of opeations by dragging and dropping. I'm not familiar the earlier versions, but I'm using Version 3.00.2 for Lazy CAM and version 3.041 for Mach3 and it is a very nice feature to have.
