Having weird problem

I am very new to lazycam(one weeks since i started playing with it). I have generated code for few parts already, and everything was fine. Now I am trying to generate code for face plate for my controller and its making the part 500 some inches, and its only 16" long. I have checked to see if it has g21, but i couldnt find anything. I would greatly aprecciate if someone could help me figure this out and why its doing it.

The circles and shapes have offsets, but the lines for fan grill do not.

Buy me a Beer?

It's drawn at 406.4. Try this.

Buy me a Beer?

The Left side is at X=40.1, the right side is at X=446.5, so your part is 406.4 units long.

hmm, wonder how that happened. I made sketch in solidworks, made drawing, saved as dxf, open in lazycam than noticed the problem... and i drew it in inches in solidworks...

Make sure when you're saving your solidworks files as dxf, check to make sure that it's saving it 1:1 scale. I was having the same issue when scaling a dxf in lazycam, it was twice the size of my part which in fact was saved as 2:1 scale. lol!!
