    Problem posting G-code.

I'm having a problem posting the G-code into Mach3. When I go to post, it only posts the first 50 lines. Also, on line 3 it sends the z all the way to 60, yet it should only go to 6....

If you're using the eval version of Mach 3, the Lazycam that gets installed is limited to 50 lines of code.

If you register Mach 3, this limitation goes away but Lazycam still has other limitations until you purchase it.

I think the limit is more than 50 lines. It's more like 1000 lines.

As far as the other issue - I have yet to be able use the code right out of the box. I always have edits. I will go through the code and do a search and replace to add a blank line whenever there is a Z or rapid (G0) move, then scan the code manually and make sure it is correct. Usually, the initial moves are a bit flakey but the internal moves are OK, but that's not always the case.

The 60 you are seeing is likely your retract setting for rapids - I am not sure of exactly how to change this in the newest version - I am now using an older version of LazyCam - I tried the latest and greatest and did not care for it (yet). I will give Art a few more revisions, then I will dive in.

Consistency is a good thing....unless you're consistently an idiot.
