Try changing your IJ mode in General Config.
I have downloaded some DXF files and then converted them to Gcode using LazyCAM. The problem I am having is that I end up with a bunch of circles (they look like crop circles made by aliens from outer space) when I run the Gcode in Mach3. I have attached a picture of a frog puzzle (frog_before) that I printed from DXF and another attachment of the same frog puzzle (frog_after) but this was the same DXF converted to GCode by LazyCAM and run on my CNC machine.
The roadrunner tap file that comes with Mach3 didn't put these weird circles in so I'm thinking it has to do with the way LazyCAM converts the DXF to GCode that is causing these circles. I have other DXF files that I have converted in the same fashion with the same crop circles.
My question is, why is the GCode introducing these circles? Or is something else wrong?
Try changing your IJ mode in General Config.

Thanks for the super fast response. My IJ setting was inc, I changed it to absolute.
I still have the crop circles. Should I run Lazycam and redo the GCode?
Can you post the g-code?

I was able to get rid of the circles using Lazycam. I went to "Tools" and ran "AutoClean" and "Optimize drawing". Then generated the Gcode again. Now it looks just like the dxf file.![]()
