Sometimes I have found that saving my files as older versions of dxf fixes problems. Try saving you file as Autocad 2000 dxf or as far back as you can go. (Not sure where you are getting your dxf from)
I'm having issues with importing my .dxf files into Mach 3 after I put it into Lazycam. The .DXF files I import into lazycam but when I try to load it into Mach 3 with either .DXF or G code it will not show up the way it should. Could anybody help me out as far as what im doing wrong or maybe help me out?

I'm creating my design in Google Sketchup 8 then saving it as an older version of Sketchup (Sketchup 5 pro). I then open it up in Sketchup 5 and then export the 3D model as a .DXF file. I would supply the file but the forum says that the file is too large to add as an attachment. hope that helps.
LazyCAM can't open 3D .dxf files.

No wonder it wasn't working, haha. any suggestions on how to export the designs out of Sketchup so I can send the designs to my cnc machine?
I'm having an issue with Lazycam. When I load the DXF, there seems to be a very small gap that should not be there. Anybody else ever have this issue and if so what can be done to fix it. Thanks
Mammoth - Can you post the DXF so we can look at it?
Hi,
want to mill cut a circular groove of OD .750"/ID .500"/DEEP .125" on a 1"x1" SQ. The lazycam of Mach3 post the g code as follow:
Question: how to get the tool compensation of end mill of diameter 1/16 for both circles?
