Problem with Lasercut?

Trying to engrave a fairly large logo for a client and when I import the image, the preview is correct. But after the two hours I could see that part of the text in the top right corner was not fully engraved and it straight up did not engrave at all a portion in the center. Everything else was right. Giving it another pass at a lower speed to see if that wont correct the problem Should i use another program to "clean up" the image up? I have photograv and it works wonderfully for images.. Any ideas? Trying to get this out TODAY!! Thanks guys. These forums have been very helpful and informative.
