Your advertising makes my blood boil!!! My experience is that your company supplies lasers of poor quality, lasers that have parts missing, things that fall off owing to poor welding, parts that fail in less than a week, and now your company is ignoring my emails requesting support.
Please ask Richael to provide the after sales support she promised me before i paid for the laser engraver.

Techforfun - your allegations about the quality of your machines are definitely being overshadowed bu Clevabuga's experience. It probably would be in your best interest to follow through for him, before you get a worse name that you're beginning to get on this forum. Many thousand people rely on this forum to make a buying decision. Customer Service after the sale is what separates you from the experiences Westerners prefer to have. Take care of your customers & take care of Clevabugga.

I also had issues with my york laser as well. I used to stand by them because they were so helpful at the beginning. Now that I have received my laser I get nothing from them. First my water temp shutdown device did not work and I cant list the many other issues that are the same as the others had. I will not recommend anyone to buy one of there machines. And York if you are reading this tell Richael to please respond to Brandon's emails I am still waiting for about a month now for a response.

It sounds like it is more of fix/replace the defective product that you shipped me.

I see that you found this forum in a search on York Lasers. I was trying to do a bit of digging around for you and respond back to you in the other forum that I posted in.

If you don't get any resolution soon I would recommend putting these guys in the "blacklist" section of this site as a few other people have with other suppliers that have never come thru.

Sorry man, I will do some more digging around. CNC Enhancements responded over in the other forum with a number and address for you.

Sounds like they should advertise their machines as "fixer uppers" or "project machines.
Certainly not "ready to go" or "plug and play" like one would expect when they buy any other type of tool or appliance from a store. If I buy a refrigerator I shouldn't have to be refrigeration technician to get it working when I get it home.

This problem seems almost exclusive to the world of Chinese lasers.

I caught this website on a google search about some guy who must have gotten the 1 good laser out there made by these guys. If you scroll all the way to the bottom he has a blog started where you can ask some questions. It may be worth a shot.

To be fair the York Laser that i purchased was fairly cheap and has decent quality components, but they appear to be fitted by primary school children. The assembly of these units is atrocious at best. I have virtually had to rebuild this unit from the ground up without any support from york laser. I even had to re-engineer the rotary attachment because the chuck was pointing up hill and snapped the stem of every wine flute i tried to turn in it. Any person buying one these lasers will soon own a very expensive doorstop if they are not tech savvy.
I am an engineer who used to build vehicles for competitive motorsport. I also built Performance engines, any entered the word of computing via modifying engine management systems in earlier days. I now run my own computer repair company. Getting this laser sorted nearly drove ME insane!!
Just imagine someone with little mechanical knowledge trying to sort out the type of issues i experienced. York are now ignoring my requests for replacement parts, which is inexcusable.
