MPC6515, Panasonic Servo and LaserCut 5.4

Hi,

i'm new to this forum.

I've bought laser engraver with Panasonic servo motors from China.

I think it was "their" (manufacturer) first machine with Panasonic servo they sent it to me without setting it up, what i mean is, i can cut, but engravin does not work. Maybe it is fault of software or firmware, i can not get older version from them, they do not replying me.

Please check attached photos, i want to engrave single letter "A", but what i get is double "AA" (seems to be mirrored).
I also can not set up speed lower than 20 in cutting.
Maybe someone had similar problem and can help me.

May be you had changed the software's engraving parameter by mistake.
you can change the engraving mode from bidirectional light to unilateralism light. reinstall software is ok.

and check the light's route and X axis belt.

servo motor is no relationship with double A.
