Hi guys, noobie on here i wondered if anyone could help me. Im trying to cut 3mm white acrylic on a 400w multicam laser, my problem is im getting burn marks on internal rads. I would normally clean these off but i have a big order to cut! Any help or tips would be brilliant!

Hello,
Please send pictures of problem. Do you use cutting table? If yes - how it looks? Do you have air assist with air compressor or you can add CO2 to burn area?

A low pressure oxy assist gas should help clear it up no problem, hope thats an option for you. Clear perspex comes out clear on the cut edge with the right setting and oxy assist
