LG900 Laser BIG TIME HELP NEEDED

I need to speak with someone who is actually using the LG900 Machine SPECIFICALLY with a 60 watt tube and LaserCut V5.1 software to help me set my machine up properly. I'm am so confused.
1) I have the Auto focus and no clue how to use it.
2) I need help with the Laser alignment also.
3) I also have the CW5000 chiller

Here is what I have done so far...
I've installed the Laser tube and filled it with water from the CW5000, everything seems to be working well in that dept the only thing I can't really figure out about the chiller is how to set the low and high temps. It started out at 17 and after some testing I was trying to do I noticed it had went up to 26

I've done my best on the Laser Alignment but when I done a test cut I found that I needed 100% power and 10% speed to cut a 1/8 inch piece of acrylic right through. I must not have it aligned right????? That is horrible.
I DO NOT have USB I have the PCI card.
PLEASE if anyone can help me I would certainly appreciate it.

Hmm, with a new 80w tube the best I got was about 22% speed at 100% power and that was on .090, even thinner than your 1/8"

With my old tube (700+ hrs) I am now cutting .090 PETG at about 11% speed at 95% power and get a pretty good cut.
