| I'd recommend to purchase them, unless you just want to make your own. There probably isn't any cost savings in doing so. I found this drawing from a link at Sam's Laser FAQ, http://members.misty.com/don/mmount1.gif Obviously the mirror should be mounted so the center is at the beam height, and at a 45 degree angle. Then use either a 3 point or 2 point + pivot adjustment mechanism so you can fine tune the alignment. Search for KINEMATIC MIRROR or OPTICAL MOUNT.
