Ithink it was done when I install my program, however I am happily to install them again if I now How,just in case....
I tock apart my X beam and head today and I cant se anything wrong whit it no dents or anything that can do my lines vavy.
I spoke whit my seller today and he say that my laser was installed whit lates firmware file before chipping.

Niklas, I have LaserCut 5.0 so a newer version may be different. Here is how it is done in 5.0:
With laser power on, open the LaserCut software and click the printer icon. This should open the "Laser Output" window.
Click the "Stand Alone" tab.
Click "Download CFG".
This should send the configuration file to the laser, and the laser should make a beep noise to tell you it received it.
You only have to do this one time unless you change your configuration settings in LaserCut.
I don't know if this is your problem or not but it is worth a try.
