New to lasers.

Hello, I work for a freind who just purchased a Bystronic CNC laser cutting system.We are not new to CNC's but this is our first laser.The model is BTL 2800 with a power rating of 2.8KW.My question has anybody any experience with this particular machine,any pros,cons.And does anyone know the initial start-up proceduer for this unit.Any help would be great.
