I am a tech ed teacher and was given a Universal PLS3.60 to try out for a week. After engraving over 100 cell phones for kids it was finally time to get a couple of my projects done. After coming back from lunch I went to boot the laser and it will not boot past the initial flash screen. The laser does not attempt to zero itself at all and just sits in place for hours. While this is something that the company will obviously fix, i was hoping someone might have some tips on a forced fresh boot etc. I have tried the obvious of unpligging and replugging and cycling power. I was really hoping to get a couple more jobs done before the company takes it back on Monday.  |
